Chicken Salad on Greens

Choice of Tarragon Chicken Salad or Mango with Coconut & light curry Chicken Salad on a bed of mixed greens.  Served with mini croissant.

Thai Beef Salad

Beef strips, carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, snap peas and red cabbage in a slightly sweet and spicy peanut dressing on a bed of Romaine lettuce.

Farmers Salad

Rows of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, steamed potatoes, grilled zucchini, red peppers, marinated beets, hard-boiled eggs, sunflower seeds and feta cheese and croutons, served with choice of dressing.  This salad can be ordered gluten-free or vegan, based on dressing choice.

Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken

Grilled Chicken over romaine mix, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, eggs.

Baby Spinach & Grilled Chicken Salad

Boneless skinless marinated grilled healthier option.  Your choice of Lemon Basil, Honey BBQ, Greek with Tzatziki sauce, Balsamic Marinade, Honey Lemon Rosemary with chutney yogurt, Chipotle with Asadero or Tequila Lime. Served with entrée side.

Chipotle Lemon Chicken

Sofrito Chicken with Avocado (add $1.00)

Boneless breast of chicken marinated in lime, garlic, cumin, chile powder and grilled. Topped with a Sorfrito sauce (tomatillos, peppers, grilled red onion, with a touch of red wine vinegar and spices) and fresh diced avocado.  Served with entrée side (Gluten-Free)
