Special Diet Allergy Cold Meal Boxed Vegan lunch (add $5) Vegan (Does not contain dairy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, shellfish, and fish) - Hummus over mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette, fresh fruit salad, seasonal Crudités (veggies) and Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bars.

Rows of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, steamed potatoes, grilled zucchini, red peppers, marinated beets, hard-boiled eggs, sunflower seeds and feta cheese and croutons, served with choice of dressing.  This salad can be ordered gluten-free or vegan, based on dressing choice.
